HVAC Certification 

In order to become an expert in HVAC systems, there are certain type of certification and training you need to do. As there are many people all around the country who are working as licensed HVAC workers, they receive some or the other type of certification or training in this field. Those people who have over one year of experience in installing and over two years of maintaining the HVAC systems have different type of certification choices as compared to the others. The duration of different HVAC certification programs varies from six months program to two years program. The person can either join any company or may open his own installation company.

HVAC License

If you have successfully completed your HVAC certification from a good place then you can genuinely practice your work by getting your license from the state government. But before this you also need to sit for HVAC licensing exam. You only get the license once you pass it. Something, many of the licensing exams would require knowledge of electrical codes as well. If the field you have chosen for requires working with refrigerants then you have to get separate certification for that as well.
